Scared about diabetes?

I’m a skinny, active 16 year old and have had anxiety for about 4 years. Lately i have been scared about having diabetes because i have been feeling randomly dizzy and nauseas, i have noticed an increase in thirst also, and abit if blurred vision/sore eyes although i spend alot of time on my phone or ipad
I used to be extremely scared about having a heart attack and it would cause me to get chest pains, so maybe it could be the same thing?
Should i be concerned??

    These things help prevent and reverse diabetes

    Eat fatty fish like wild caught or canned mackerel, salmon, herring, sardines or anchovies are very effective in preventing and helping diabetes. Also raw garlic, onion, broccoli, curry spice, cinnamon, beans.

    Some herbs that are diabetic herbs are bitter melon, cinnamon, Gymnema Sylvestre, fenugreek (use organic or wildcrafted tinctures anytime you use herbs over capsules.

    Fats are very bad especially animal fats. Eat low on the glycemic index (or better still the glycemic load).

    High levels of fish oil will help anxiety (3000-6000 mg) chia seeds can also be used for less fat (sold under name salba) Mix with plant milk (rice milk,. soy milk, coconut, hemp, oat, almond etc) and fresh or dried fruit for a tasty chia pudding..Also cutting the bad fats including those mentioned and most unsaturated oils.

    these things also will help health in general. when nauseated try grating some fresh ginger and make a tea with it add honey or agave if desired. These help nausea too
