HELP Why do I still have diabetic neurpothy ??? Is there a cure ?

Im 45, I have diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol —
go figure ! Im 6’4" and weigh 229 down from 280 and yet im STILL
losing feeling in my feet. The wonderful random neuropothy shocks in my toes
is always fun as is the damn numbness.

I dont want to just hide + mask the pain, I want to end it and cure it !

What can I take ? Does the felling EVER come back ?
Can it be restored ?
This is hell !
